Interesting website

At school a mate came to me with this really cool website and I decided to post it here.

Na escola um colega me mostrou esse site bem legal e decidi postalo aqui.

The interesting thing about it was that it used the video as a part of the whole...and it is a YouTube web page.

I introduce you: The Robot.

Hey there, I introduce you THE ROBOT!! The very first 3D model of this blog!! AWSOME!!

E ae, eu lhes apresento: O ROBÔ! O primeiraço modelo 3D postado no blog. BACANA!

Last week we finished the robot on our modelling classes. It has an organic face with an inorganic body...although there is not much of a face to show because I added the mask.

Semana passada nossa classe terminou o robô nas aulas de modelagem. Ele tem um rosto orgânico e um corpo inorgânico...embora não tenha muito do rosto pra mostrar pq eu coloquei uma máscara.

Its body moves by the rotation of its joints, then no bone setup or rigging was needed for that one. 

Seu corpo se move pela rotação das juntas, logo não foi preciso fazer o setup dos bones pras juntas.

Alright...that is it without the mask.

Beleza...sem a máscara!

... I did not know how to do the hair so that also explain the helmet!! BALD BASTARD! heheh

You will see more of it when I have the time to apply some textures!

...eu não sabia fazer cabelo, o que explica o capacete! CARECÃO!! heheh

Vocês verão mais dele quando eu tiver tempo de aplicar umas texturas.

A few illustration deviations

I watched the film "The Scanner Darkly" which has a very interesting photography. It is like a cartoon shader but i read it was colloured frame by frame in order to achieve that look...

Assisti ao filme "O Homem Duplo" que tem uma fotografia interessante. Parecetextura de desenho animado, mas eu li que ele foi colorido quadro a quadro pra ficar daquele jeito. 

...Anyways...all to say that after that film I decided to do some experiments with some photos of my friends.

Então, tudo isso pra falar que depois de assistí-lo, decidi fazer algumas experiências com photos de amigos.

These are quite old but still make me laugh! heheh

Elas são um tanto velhas mas ainda me fazem rir! hehe

Corny as it sounds, life is a constant render that never finishes its progress. Or at least thats how I started seeing my life since I imerged into this 3D world of mine.

Soa cafona, mas a vida é um render constante que nunce termina. Ou foi assim que comecei a ver minha vida desde que imergi nesse mundo 3D da minha cabeça. 

My name is Bruno and I am a 3D Cinema student at Melies in São Paulo, Brazil, since earlier this year. In this blog I will be posting my work from school and also a few  of my personal projects...why not! Even though I am already lacking the time for it.
